How do I activate my account?

Your account activation instructions will be sent to your email address once you create a customer account on our website. If by any chance you did not receive the email; please check your junk mail, because 65% of emails end up in junk mails these days. Most especially if it’s the first time you’re receiving email from the sender.

How can I change my shipping address?

Your default shipping address will be displayed when you’re checking out your order and you have the option to change it if you need to at that point. By default the shipping address you last used will be saved into your account (if you have created a customer’s account).

What are the payment methods available?

At the moment; we accept Paypal and Credit/Debit cards only. We are working on adding more payment options soon.

If I don’t have a PayPal account can I still use PayPal as my payment method?

Yes; you can pay with PayPal even if you don’t already have PayPal account. At checkout; you have the option to create a new PayPal account or pay with your existing PayPal account. And in addition; you also have the option to pay with credit/debit card (the choice is yours).

How secure is my personal information?

At Brands Trending, we use the highest industry standards in order to protect your personal information with the best security solutions possible. Information transmitted through our website are encrypted using SSL technology (secure socket layer). For Personal information: Our store is hosted on one of the most secure and most reliable ecommerce platforms. Your data is stored through their data storage / databases, and they store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. For Payments: All our payments are processed through PayPal payment gateway (including credit/debit cards). PayPal is one of the most secured means for online payments worldwide. How is my packages shipped?

Our packages are currently shipped from three different warehouses from three different locations worldwide – US, EU and China.

Do Brands Trending ship worldwide?

Yes; we provide free international shipping to over 200 countries worldwide on order over $20. However, there are some countries we don’t ship to at the moment.

How long does the shipping and delivery takes?

Shipping: All orders are processed and shipped within 1 – 5 business days (holiday periods maybe longer, depending on time of year). Delivery: Delivery time does varies depending on your location, but our standard delivery usually takes between 5 – 30 business days (depending on your location). US and EU deliveries usually takes 5 – 15 days after the order is dispatched. Do I get tracking information for my order?

Yes; we do provide tracking information which we will email to you once your order has been shipped. Although, in some cases you might not receive any tracking information depending on the shipping provider, but you will still get updates from us once your order is shipped.

My tracking number is not showing any information; what do I do?

Please Note: some shipping companies usually takes 2-5 business days before they update their system with the tracking information. So, you may need to allow the stated time and check again.

Do my items get shipped in one package?

Yes, but not in all cases. In some cases, we might have to ship your items separately if the items are been shipped from different warehouse. Generally, your items are shipped as one package if shipped from same warehouse.

I have just entered a wrong shipping address; can I still change it?

In such situation, you need to contact us as soon as possible, and we might be able to stop the order from being shipped (but we can’t guarantee this). If your order has already gone through the shipping process; we may not be able to stop your order in such cases. However; you still need to contact us and we’ll see how we can help by any means possible.

I have just received a damaged / wrong product; what should i do?

If you’ve received a damaged or wrong product’s (or any other related); please contact our support team with your proof (such as photo of the product) at support@brandstrending.com and we’ll send you a replacement product at no extra cost to you.
